At Santa Maria Garden, we take pride in delivering the freshest, highest quality flowers directly from our trusted fair-trading farms in Ecuador to businesses across Ireland. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight to be included in the following week’s shipment.
- Each order is manually reviewed and confirmed by our team. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order has been approved.
Shipping Schedule
- Flowers are cut at the farm on Friday, carefully hydrated, packed, and shipped directly to Ireland.
- Shipments arrive in Dublin by Monday morning, cleared through customs, and delivered on:
- Tuesday evening, or

Wednesday morning (depending on your location).
Delivery Zones and Rates
- We deliver nationwide across Ireland.
- A minimum order value of €350 applies.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from Dublin:
- With a base delivery fee of €75.

Final cost is shown at checkout after entering your delivery address.
Delivery Method
- We use express courier services for all wholesale flower deliveries.
- Flowers are transported in temperature-controlled packaging where needed to ensure maximum freshness and vase life.
Packaging & Minimum Quantities
- Packaging varies depending on the farm of origin and stem length.
- Minimum quantities per product may also vary depending on the variety and stem length, and are clearly stated on each product page.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
- We will notify you if delays occur due to customs, weather, or flight changes.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
