Ordering

Q: Who can order from Santa Maria Garden?

We are a wholesale-only supplier serving florists, retailers, designers, and event professionals. To access prices and place orders, you must be an approved member.

Q: How do I apply for an account?

Click “Apply for Access” on our homepage and fill out the registration form. Once reviewed, we will email you to confirm approval within 1–2 business days.

Q: What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order is €350 per shipment.

Q: Is there a minimum quantity per product?

Yes, minimum quantities depend on the farm and stem length. These are shown on each product page.

Q: Can I mix different flowers in one order?

Yes, you can mix and match varieties as long as the total order meets the minimum and the box configurations allow it, minimum order for each colour/flower is 50 stems.


Pricing & Payments

Q: Can I see prices before being approved?

No. Prices are visible only to logged-in and approved wholesale customers.

Q: How are prices set?

Prices are updated weekly based on market availability, stem length, and variety. Discounts are available on orders of €2,000 and more.

Q: Do I pay online when placing an order?

You can indeed pay online, but you don’t have to pay before receiving your flowers. Orders are confirmed via email, and payment is made by invoice after delivery if it was not already paid.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Q: When are flowers delivered?

We deliver across Ireland every Tuesday and Wednesday.

Q: What is the weekly order deadline?

All orders must be placed by Thursday at midnight to be included in the following week’s delivery.

Q: How are flowers shipped?

Flowers are cut fresh on Friday, packed at the farm, and air-shipped directly to Dublin. They are cleared through customs Monday and delivered chilled the following day.

Q: Do you deliver outside of Dublin?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Ireland.

Q: What are your delivery charges?

Delivery is calculated based on distance from Dublin, starting at €1.50/km. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.

Q: Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

Unfortunately no, we only operate through delivery service.

 

Product Quality & Packaging

Q: Where are your flowers sourced?

All our products are ethically sourced from fair-trading farms in Ecuador known for their exceptional quality.

Q: Do you quality check your flowers?

Yes. Every order is quality checked at the farm and again at our shipping centre before dispatch.

Q: How are the flowers packaged?

Packaging depends on the farm and stem length. All products are boxed for secure transport and optimal freshness.

Q: How long do the flowers last?

Thanks to our cold-chain and direct import system, our flowers have excellent vase life — often 10+ days depending on variety and care.


Account & Support

Q: I forgot my login. What should I do?

Good news, you don’t need to remember a password, just use your email and one time access code will be sent to your email.

Q: Can I speak to someone directly?

Yes. We have customer representatives across Ireland who can assist you. Contact us to schedule a call or visit.

Q: How do I refer another florist?

Share your referral link or ask your referral to mention your name when applying. You’ll receive 10% off your next order, and they’ll get 5% off their first.

 

Returns & Issues

Q: What if there’s a problem with my order?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Q: Can I return flowers?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless goods arrive damaged or are clearly not as described.
